Teens charged: Two 15-year-old girls will be charged by state police with harassment after they allegedly got into a fight Monday over a boyfriend while attending class at Bentworth High School, Southwest Regional police said. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Curtis Thompson.

Theft charge: Tina Sue Loughman, 199 Laurie Lane, Amwell Township, was arraigned Wednesday on charges of theft, criminal mischief and criminal trespass filed by Stella Badia in a private criminal complaint at the office of District Judge David Mark. Loughman is accused of damaging Badia’s rental property at 10 Payne Place and stealing a stove. Loughman was released on her own recognizance.

Charged in theft: Jessica R. Lacock, 34, of 14 E. Water St., Canonsburg, was charged Tuesday with theft by Canonsburg police. She is accused of stealing 13 sheets of drywall, aluminum gutters and four air conditioning units from 25 W. College St., on Aug. 7. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Vehicle damaged: Christian Donnan, 242 Vine St., told Canonsburg police Wednesday morning that two men dressed in hooded shirts picked up a garbage can and threw it on his car, damaging the hood.

PFA violation: Robert Charles Milligan II, 42, of Washington, was arrested early Wednesday by state police for allegedly violating a protection from abuse order obtained by Emma Louise Morgan. Milligan is accused of giving the 28-year-old Morgan a ride to his house at 2585 Jefferson Ave., Canton, so they could talk, police said. He was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

DUI crash: Brenda Curry, 43, of Washington, faces a charges of driving under the influence of drugs after a crash about 9 a.m. Wednesday on Route 40 near the intersection of Old National Pike, Canton. State police said she was driving west when she attempted to turn left into the parking lot of Foodland and collided with an eastbound vehicle driven by Linda Giecek, 51, of Washington. Giecek was taken to Washington Hospital for treatment. Curry was taken to the hospital for a blood test.

Trespass, flight charges: Eugenio Mendez, 28, of 915 McKean Ave., Charleroi, was arrested Tuesday by Charleroi Regional police after he was spotted climbing through a window at 919 McKean. When police arrived, he ran out the front door and ran north on McKean. He was caught at the intersection of 10th street and Long Alley. Mendez was arraigned before District Judge David Mark on charges of criminal trespass and flight to avoid apprehension. He was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Bus, vehicle collide: No one was injured when a Canon-McMillan School District bus and a station wagon collided Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Giffin Drive and DeMar Boulevard, North Strabane police said. The bus driver, David E. Brown, 67, of 710 Glenn St., Canonsburg, told police that he was turning left onto Giffin and must have cut the turn too close, striking the station wagon driven by Cindy Lu Rose, 44, of 17 Norris Drive, North Strabane.

Attempted burglary: Rebecca Janesko, 47, of 2235 Walton Ave., Pittsburgh, was arrested Tuesday night after she allegedly attempted to break in to her former place of employment, Brush Run Pet Styling Salon, 450 Valley Brook Road, township police said. Janesko was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka on charges of attempted burglary, criminal mischief, aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. She was placed in the Washington County jail on $10,000 bond. Police said an employee saw someone trying to get in a closed door and then run. Later, the employee heard glass break and called police at 7:54 p.m. Janesko was found outside lying next the air conditioning unit with blood on her, police said. Janesko did not cooperate while being arrested, kicked the door to the police vehicle and the door then hit the police officer’s leg, police said.

Tires, rims stolen: Two, 20-inch aluminum rims and two, 20-inch tires were reported stolen Tuesday from a Yukon Denali parked on Budd Baer property, Washington Road, South Strabane police said.
