PennDOT announces restrictions on Route 88

1 min read

Motorists are being advised of daylight lane restrictions along Route 88 beginning at the Point Marion Bridge and ending 900 feet north of Route 88 and Rosedale Street in Dunkard and Monongahela Townships, Greene County.

The flagger-controlled restrictions will begin April 14 and will continue until Aug. 22. The restrictions will be in place weekdays between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. and will allow crews to perform concrete patching, milling, drainage improvements, roadway resurfacing, signing, pavement markings, base repairs and line painting.

The contractor on this $2,035,292.65 project is Golden Eagle Construction.

Motorists are always reminded to slow down and drive with caution when entering any work zone.
