State police have identified the driver of the tractor-trailer involved in the crash on Route 18 (Henderson Avenue) near the intersection of Oak Grove Road and North Hewitt Avenue in Canton Township.

Jesse J. Catlett of Washington was flown to UPMC-Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment. A hospital spokesman had no information on Catlett.
