A story published Thursday on air quality tests conducted after the Feb. 11 Chevron well site explosion erroneously said propane was detected at the site. It should have said propene, a component of natural gas which would be expected to be found at higher levels because of the incident. Incorrect information was provided by the state Department of Environmental Protection.
