Pleaders sentenced in court

Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Cory J. Schons, 19, of Coraopolis, first offense of driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 7, 2013; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail , $500 fine, 12 months of probation for the possession of drug paraphernalia charge.

Gregory A. Crislip, 41, of Colliers, W.Va.; two counts of aggravated assault by vehicle and first offense of DUI; charged Oct. 22, 2011; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail; 12-month license suspension.

Kathryn L. Murray, 52, of 88 Mesta Drive, Washington; reckless endangerment and first offense of DUI; charged June 22, 2012; sentence – 23 months in the restrictive treatment program with the first 90 days on electronic home monitoring and 100 hours of community service, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension; restitution.

Kevin E. Donofrio, 43, of Elizabeth; third offense of DUI, driving while license suspended; charged June 1, 2013; sentence – restrictive treatment probation for 23 months with the first 12 months on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service, $3,500 fine and a license suspension.

Christin L. Segedi, 28, of 9 Linden St., Ellsworth; criminal conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance; charged April 1, 2012; sentence – restrictive treatment program for 23 months ith the first 90 days on electronic home monitoring and 100 hours of community service.

Shane Hooper, 23, of 407 Duquesne Ave., Canonsburg; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged April 24; sentence – 30 days of probation.

Michael A. Hough, 45, of 617 Mingo Park Estates, Finleyville; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving without lights to avoid arrest and driving under suspension; charged Oct. 20, 2012; sentence – 5 to 12 months in jail, $200 fine, 6-months license suspension.

Eric A. Hall, 26, of Monessen; criminal conspiracy to commit burglary and receiving stolen property; charged Feb.27, 2013; sentence – 18 to 36 months in prison, restitution.

Justin K. Loar, 34, of 20 Moore Ave., Washington; access device fraud; charged June 15, 2012; sentence – 23 months of probation, with the first 90 days on electronic home monitoring and 100 hours of community service, restitution.

Ashley N. Keen, 25, of 396 Lively Road, Eighty Four; retail theft; April 11, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

Michael E. Derrow, 34, of Pittsburgh; possession with the intent to deliver; charged March 13, 2013; sentence – 2 to 4 years in prison.

Robert S. Michelucci, 39, of Bulger; criminal mischief; charged Aug. 24; sentence – 12 months of probation, no contact with the victim and restitution.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gillman were:

George E. Sadler, 24, of 63 W. Hallam Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged May 17; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Brian K. Phillips, 28, of New Freeport; terroristic threats; charged April 30; sentence – 6 to 12 months in jail.

Donald S. Knupp Jr., 26, of 246 E. Prospect St., Washington; three counts of disorderly conduct; charged Feb. 20, 2013; sentence – 90 days in jail followed by 90 days of electronic home monitoring.

Corey W. Dorsey, 27, of 225 Hayes Ave., Washington; two counts of delivery of marijuana; charged Aug. 10, 2011; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail.

Shannel Dessell, 27, of 541 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and unauthorized use; charged Jan. 5; sentence – 23 months of probation.

Ralph W. McLaughlin III, 41, of 667 N. Main St., Houston; simple assault, second offense of DUI, accidents involving damage to attended vehicles and receiving stolen property; charged Dec. 1; sentence – 6 to 17 months in jail, $1,500 fine.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

Brenen C. Greer, 26, of 122 Maple St. Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged May 17; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail with credit for time served.

Dorian E. Wallace, 27, of 176 May Ave., Washington; accident involving damage to attended vehicles; charged Feb. 2, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Quinn R. Krocker, 36, of 47 Belguim Hollow Road, McDonald; first offense of DUI and damage to unattended vehicle or property; charged Nov. 6; sentence – 13 to 18 months in jail, with 90 days to be served on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine and restitution.

Edward Deems, of 66 Hedge Ave., Marianna; disorderly conduct; charged Feb. 22, 2012; sentence – $300 fine.

Dimiah C. Smith, 23, of 357 Highland Ridge Road, Marianna; receiving stolen property; charged July 30, 2012; sentence – 1 to 2 years in prison.

Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program they can petition the court to have their records expunged.

Jamie L. Fisher, 31, of 920 Pike Run Road, Coal Center, was admitted for 12 months for theft and possession of a controlled substance; charged July 11.

Curtis Pritchett, 25, of Monessen, was admitted for 12 months for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged Aug. 20.
