Worker killed by falling car at Pa. body shop

BENSALEM – A jack stand collapsed in a suburban Philadelphia body shop, killing a worker.

The Bucks County Courier Times reported the Monday afternoon incident occurred at an auto body shop in Bensalem.

The paper said the unnamed 49-year-old was performing mechanical work when the small car fell on him.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
