Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Angela M. McKinley, 35, 127 McKean Ave., Donora; retail theft and defiant trespass; charged Feb. 6; sentence – 1 year of probation, restitution and banned from Wal-Mart.

Giovanni M. Vigliotti, 23, 393 Pike Run Drive, Daisytown; possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 19, 2013; sentence – 24 months of probation and banned from California University of Pennsylvania campus during probation.

Dana M. Keller, 34, 139 Hall Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 19; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Amy J. Faris, 53, 150 Hart Ave., Washington; theft by deception; charged May 27; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and banned from Wal-Mart.

Hollie A. Rodgers, 34, 94 Profio Road, McDonald; retail theft; charged Feb. 6, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation, 25 hours of community service, restitution and banned from Giant Eagle.

Shawn A. Lyle, 37, 209 Prospect St., Oakdale; possession with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 24; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with first 3 months of electronic home monitoring and 6 months of high impact supervision and 12 months of probation.

Richard C. Schran Jr., 42, 830 Walnut St., Donora; possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy; charged July 26, 2012; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 3 months of electronic home monitoring and 3 months with high-impact supervision, 3 years of probation, funds seized and contraband destroyed.

Christopher D. Warner, 24, Lonaconing, Md.; theft and possession of a controlled substance; charged April 29, 2013; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Aaron R. McDonald, 30, 148 Dicio St., Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 4; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program they can petition the court to have their record expunged.

Kayla M. Navrat, 23, 35 E. Hallam Ave., Washington, was admitted for 12 months for retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 11.

Christina M. Bruno, 35, 717 N. Main St., Houston, was admitted for 12 months for access device issued to another who did not authorize use and theft;charged March 6.

Maryanne Macfarlane, 42, 1660 Pierce St., Washington; was admitted for 6 months for false insurance claim; charged April 27.
