Attorneys for councilmen John Severine, Timothy Bilsky and Paul Sharkady found fault with the fact Canonsburg Mayor David Rhome was allowed to vote to fill open vacancies on Canonsburg Council during a reorganization meeting. A story in Thursday’s edition about an ongoing legal dispute misidentified the councilmen involved.
