Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Jillian McBride, 37, 50 Causey Circle, Claysville; two counts of possession of a controlled substance; charged July 17, 2011; sentence – 2 years in the Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, 3 years of probation and 150 hours of community service.
Christopher R. Martina, 31, 170 Sedeca Drive, Canonsburg; third offense of driving under the influence; charged Jan. 25; sentence – 5 years in the Intermediate Punishment program with first 12 months on electronic home monitoring and $2,500 fine.
Jeffrey L. White, 53, 1604 Park Ave., Washington; second offense of DUI; charged Feb. 9; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, alcohol highway safety school, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month interlock ignition device.
Charles T. Doyle, 52, 515 W. Chestnut St., Washington; third offense of DUI; charged Jan. 25; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, 3 years of probation and $1,500 fine.
Stacy L. Bell, 51, 617 N. Main St., Washington; third offense of DUI; charged Feb. 4; sentence – 23 months in the Restrictive Treatment program with 15 months on electronic home monitoring, $3,500 fine, 30-month license suspension, 12-month interlock ignition device and 100 hours of community service.
Harry W. Weyers, 29, 85 Kelso Road, McDonald; second offense of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 13, 2013; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,525 fine, restitution, 18-month license suspension and 12-month interlock ignition device.
Richard Tennant, 36, 252 Middle St., Brownsville; second offense of DUI and driving with a suspended license; charged Sept. 12, 2013; sentence – 5 years in the Intermediate Punishment program with first 90 days in jail, 6 months of SCRAM, $1,500 fine and 18-month license suspension.
William A. Lee, 58, 722 Champion Drive, Houston; first offense of DUI; charged Nov. 30, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation, $300 fine and restitution.
Brandi J. Estock, 33, 156 Donora Road, Monongahela; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 15, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Anthony S. Coleman, 25, 241 Maple Ridge Drive, Canonsburg; disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 25; sentence – $300 fine.
Shawn Welty, 46, 136 Greenbriar Drive, Pittsburgh; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 9; sentence – 6 months of probation with credit for time served.
Melissa Randall, 45, 766 McKean Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged April 26; sentence – 2 years of probation and 50 hours of community service.
Clifford L. Smith, 32, 102 Jollick Manor, Washington; driving with a suspended license and providing false identification; charged March 7; sentence – 12 months of probation and $200 fine.
Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:
Joseph W. Kopanic, 30, 455 Third St., Donora; first offense of DUI; charged May 17; sentence – 10 days to 6 months on electronic home monitoring.
Timothy N. Janitor, 26, 149 Lusk Road, Bentleyville; disorderly conduct; charged April 1; sentence – $300 fine.

Aaron W. Poole, 45, 38 Central Ave., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged Jan. 11; sentence – $300 fine.
