Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Lorena M. Craig, 29, 640 Moore Road, Washington; receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver; charged Feb. 12; sentence – 23 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Brian M. Ardeno, 30, 905 Fayette St., Washington; theft, retail theft, flight to avoid apprehension, three counts of receiving stolen property, possessing instruments of a crime and conspiracy; charged Aug. 18; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, two years of probation and restitution.
Bradley T. Griffith, 45, 300 Hansen Ave., Ellwood City; unsworn falsification; charged Nov. 16, 2013; sentence – 1 year of probation. Steven T. Ashbaugh, 25, 107 Reed Ave., Belle Vernon; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 11; sentence – 12 months in Probation Without Verdict program.
Damien J. McIntyre, 35, 473 Cleveland Road, Washington; theft; charged March 15; sentence – 12 months of probation, 25 hours of community service and restitution.
Demetrius Ward, 18, 47 Barcelona Lane, Dunlevy; simple assault and false reports; charged March 16; sentence – 3 years of probation and 200 hours of community service.
Philip R. Rice, 42, Grindstone; simple assault; charged Jan. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Christopher L. Vasquez, 23, 3997 Canal St., Castle Shannon; burglary, receiving stolen property and conspiracy; charged June 7, 2012; sentence – 24 months of probation and restitution.
Appearing before Judge Edward Borkowski were:
Matthew E. Toland, 39, 48 Kinder Drive, Washington; two counts of corruption of minors; charged Jan. 1, 2011; sentence – 6 years of probation, perpetrator counseling and no contact with victim or his other children.
Brandy Alderson, 32, 5 Wren Way, Washington; theft; charged Jan. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim. Amanda M. Ranson, 25, 1231 Brush Run Road, Washington; retail theft; charged Oct. 28, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation, retail theft classes and banned from Wal-Mart.

Richard A. Arbuckle, 28, 8655 Noblestown Road, McDonald; resisting arrest; charged May 8; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Joshua M. Beu, 25, 464 Eighth St., Donora; theft; charged July 4, 2013; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Kevin A. Brooks, 40, 60 Carl Ave., Eighty Four; criminal mischief; charged Jan. 28; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Maya M. Lawson, 31, 233 Allen Ave., Donora; disorderly conduct; charged May 4; sentence – $300 fine.
Johnie Jones Jr., 55, 5449 Kincaid St., Pittsburgh; access device fraud; charged Jan. 20; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, restitution and no contact with victim.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle was:
Darrin J. Coleman, 48, 815 Meadow Ave., Charleroi; disorderly conduct and harassment; charged Feb. 28; sentence – $100 fine and no contact with victim.
