The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Zachary Mingo, 26, 614 Bells Mills Road, West Newton; endangering the welfare of children; charged Sept. 17, 2013; sentence – 4 to 23 months in jail, parenting classes and no contact with minors and codefendant.

Donald L. Snow Jr., 43, 111 Holly Drive, McMurray; retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged May 19; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, $300 fine, restitution, retail theft classes and no contact with victim.

Ryan A. Zollars, 21, 108 Green St., Coal Center; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 25; sentence – 12 months in Probation Without Verdict program and 50 hours of community service.

Shane A. Kovatch, 29, 353 Pennsylvania Ave., North Charleroi; retail theft; charged April 17; sentence – 9 to 18 months in jail and restitution.

Thomas A. Kovalak, 51, 498 Franklin Ave., Donora; terroristic threats; charged May 16; sentence – 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and no contact with victim.

Patrick M. Clark, 22, 375 Locust Ave., Washington; statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors; charged Feb. 15; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail, 5 years of probation, register with Megan’s Law for 15 years, perpetrator counseling and no contact with victim.

Deidre L. Mariani, 45, 1005 Uppercrest Ave., Charleroi; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 21, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months of electronic home monitoring.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Shane M. Nugent, 23, 110 Poplar St., Pittsburgh; forgery; charged Jan. 27; sentence – 24 months of probation, no contact with victim and 50 hours of community service.

Tina M. Roberts, 30, 353 Pennsylvania Ave., Charleroi; two counts of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged April 17; sentence – 36 months of probation, banned from Walmart and 150 hours of community service.

Travis R. Burnsworth, 25, 67 Railroad St., Dunbar; retail theft; charged March 17; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution, 25 hours of community service and banned from Walmart.

Ian M. Prindle, 38, 3 Bangor St., Pittsburgh; tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 8; sentence – 23 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Michelle D. Griest, 32, 210 Ninth St., Charleroi; theft, conspiracy to commit theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 7; sentence – 3 years of probation, 50 hours of community service and banned from Walmart.

Charles W. Redmond, 19, 217 Main St., Dickerson Run; robbery; charged Feb. 8; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail and no contact with victim.

Ashley L. Carrier, 31, 619 First St., Charleroi; theft by unlawful taking; charged March 26; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Marcie A. Jurik, 28, 37 Aliquippa Ave., Monessen; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Lebarron E. Law, 21, 619 Lincoln St., Monongahela; harassment and disorderly conduct; charged May 26; sentence – 12 months of probation and $300 fine.

Brian A. Cook, 34, 10 Fieldcrest Drive, McDonald; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 17; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Donna T. Farabella, 52, 14 Acheson Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged May 24; sentence – 18 months of probation, retail theft classes and banned from Shop ‘n Save.

John R. Spears, 40, Weirton, W.Va.; two counts of theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to commit theft; charged March 11; sentence – 5 to 25 months in jail with credit for time served, 2 years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Timothy Bowers, 39, 353 S. Kings Creek Road, Burgettstown; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 14; sentence – 6 months of probation.
