Underage drinking citation: Shayne Murphy, 19, of Meadow Lands, was cited for public drunkenness and underage drinking after California police said they found him intoxicated and in need of medical attention in the 600 block of Park Street in the borough Dec. 6.

Fake ID charge: California police said they charged Tyler Blankenbush, 19, of Rochester, N.Y., with underage drinking and misrepresentation of age after he allegedly tried to buy alcohol with a fake ID at 323 Third St. Dec. 2.

Disorderly house: Daechaund Ausbrooks, 18, of Braddock, was cited under the disorderly house ordinance for an incident at his Vulcan Village apartment in the borough Dec. 2, police said.

Equipment stolen: An air compressor and various tools were stolen from a carport at 1520 Jefferson Ave. in Canton Township Thursday night, state police said.

Jailed in burglary: Jayme R. Vanpool, 28, of 219 Johnson St., Belle Vernon, is charged by Centerville police with burglary, theft, trespassing and conspiracy, court records show. Police accuse him and another man of kicking open the front door of a Richeyville residence on Church Street and stealing video game systems valued at $480 about 5 p.m. Sept. 29. He is in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set Thursday by District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Woman jailed: Stephanie M. Clutter, 19, of 251 Thompson Ave., Donora, is charged by borough police with endangering the welfare of children and hindering the apprehension of a man wanted on a probation warrant. Police accuse her of failing to tell them she had two young children in her residence before they broke open the door about 9:30 p.m. Dec. 1 to find Paul Rusnak, who was found hiding in the attic, court records state. Clutter is free on $10,000 bond set Friday by District Judge Mark Wilson.

Restaurant cited: The state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited Max & Erma’s, 373 Washington Road, South Strabane, alleging it failed to have a manager complete required training. The charge will be brought before an administrative law judge.

Theft from vehicle: Ashley Young of Stone Brae Drive in Union Township reported to Southwest Regional police someone stole two winter caps from her vehicle, which was parked on the street in front of her house, between 6 p.m. Nov. 29 and 10 a.m. Dec. 1.
