The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Robert C. Milligan, 44, 2585 Jefferson Ave., Washington; two counts of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person; charged July 7, 2013; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail, 3 years of probation, restitution, anger management and domestic violence counseling, firearms destruction order, 3-year protection-from-abuse order, pay 90 percent of utilities and no contact with victim.
Richard L. Jackson, 54, 213 McKean Ave., Charleroi; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 7, 2013; sentence – 18 months of probation.
James A. Gaul, 59, 700 McKean Ave., Donora; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 17, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Deidre L. Mariani, 45, 1005 Uppercrest Ave., Charleroi; possession with intent to deliver; charged Aug. 21, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months on electronic home monitoring.
David W. Kempf, 30, 14 Acheson Ave., Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 10, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Star R. Jennion, 22, 644 Fifth St., Donora; possession with intent to deliver; charged March 12; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail.
Christopher Madera, 36, 55 Milbeck Drive, Washington; conspiracy to commit theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 28; sentence – 23 months of Restrictive Treatment program with credit for time served.
Joyce A. Cole, 47, Clarksburg, W.Va.; retail theft; charged Nov. 10, 2011; sentence – 12 months of probation and banned from Walgreens.
Henry P. Flock Jr., 47, 6909 Spruce St., Finleyville; accident involving damage, and second offense of driving under the influence; charged June 1; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, $4,000 fine, restitution and 18-month license suspension.
Nathaniel Hoberek, 50, Wintersville, Ohio; first offense of driving under the influence and recklessly endangering another person; charged May 14; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 10 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation and restitution.
Dylan J. Weyant, 20, 905 Bedford St., Claysburg; flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest, false identification and underage drinking; charged April 5; sentence – 2 years of probation, $300 fine and continue mental health treatment.
Adrian N. Barnhill, 44, 195 Vance Station Road, Washington; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Nov. 27, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Andrew M. Tomazin, 37, 1355 Park Ave., Washington; accident involving death/personal injury and driving without a license; charged Aug. 14, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 90 days in jail followed by 6 months on electronic home monitoring, $200 fine and no driving while license suspended.
Dennis J. Hawkins, 30, 601A Reed Ave., Monessen; possession with intent to deliver and resisting arrest; charged March 25, 2012; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 9 months on electronic home monitoring, 2 years of probation and restitution.
Michael Shriver, 43, 271 Purdy Road, Burgettstown; theft; charged Nov. 14, 2008; sentence – 12 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program and restitution.

Stanley Golick, 60, 1138 McEwen Ave., Canonsburg; possession with intent to deliver; charged Nov. 21, 2012; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served.
Hannah A. Cohen, 24, 155 Springfield Ave., Washington; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance; charged July 6; sentence – 12 months of probation and $500 fine.
Nicole L. Allen, 28, 480 Addison St., Washington; conspiracy to commit burglary and receiving stolen property; charged Feb. 17; sentence – 36 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with victim.
Kenneth Prentice, 54, 519 First St., Charleroi; criminal mischief; charged July 26; 4 days to 6 months in jail with credit for time served.
William D. Sudduth, 46, 1 Rockview Place, Bellefonte; corruption of minors; charged Jan. 1, 2005; sentence – 24 months of probation, perpetrator counseling and no contact with victim.
Danielle N. McConnell, 35, 318 Chessbriar Drive, Bethel Park; retail theft; charged Jan. 4; sentence – 23 months of probation, retail theft counseling and banned from CVS.
Jamael Payne Sr., 34, 1209 McKean Ave., Charleroi; simple assault; charged May 19; sentence – 30 days to 23 months in jail with credit for time served and no contact with victim.
Gwen T. Baumgardner, 29, 317 Shady Ave., Charleroi; disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license; charged June 21; sentence – 24 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program and $300 fine.
Nicole Bondi, 27, 3606 Washington Ave., Finleyville; access device fraud and conspiracy; charged Feb. 26; sentence – 18 months of probation and 100 hours of community service.
Beatrice Blackburn, 29, 351 Locust Ave., Washington; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 11; sentence – 18 months of probation with credit for time served.
Megan D. Stewart, 21, 730 Conrad Ave. North Charleroi; retail theft; charged April 23; sentence – 12 months of probation and banned from Rite Aid.
Jay McCabe, 30, 215 Locust St., Bentleyville; terroristic threats and simple assault; charged March 21; sentence – 24 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 90 days on electronic home monitoring, anger management counseling, restitution and no contact with victim.

Cheryl Campbell, 50, 723 Ninth Ave., Elizabeth; possession of a controlled substance; charged June 9; sentence – 12 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 90 days on electronic home monitoring with credit for time served.

Miller, 30, 3038 Investors Drive, Washington; second offense of driving under the influence; charged June 13; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.

Michelle D. Griest, 32, 210 Ninth St., Charleroi; theft, conspiracy to commit theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 1; sentence – 3 years of probation, 50 hours of community service and banned from Wal-Mart.
