NORTH BRADDOCK (AP) – Police charged two men with fatally shooting a third in a home near Pittsburgh where at least one witness says the men had been playing video games.

Allegheny County police have charged 18-year-old Justin Gomez and 19-year-old Fredderick Holland with criminal homicide in the death of 25-year-old Kierre Simmons, of Pittsburgh.

The investigation was continuing Tuesday in the shooting police say happened about 6:40 p.m. in North Braddock.

Investigators were still sifting through evidence, but charged Gomez and Holland after witnesses said they both fired shots Simmons.

Two other men were wounded. One was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening wounds and a third drove himself to get medical care.

Online court records don’t list attorneys for Gomez and Holland, who were in custody awaiting arraignment Tuesday afternoon.
