Donora man awaits plea hearing
A Donora man is awaiting a plea hearing in Washington County Court in a case involving his arrest on heroin dealing charges last year.
Ernest Leroy Majors, 30, of 464 Fourth St., was transferred Monday from another county prison to Washington County jail, where he is being held on $500,000 bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson when he arraigned the suspect June 3, court records show.
State police accuse Majors of selling an unspecified amount of heroin to a confidential informant about 12:45 p.m. April 24 at his residence, the affidavit indicates.
Majors is charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to deliver and one count each of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He is scheduled to appear for the plea hearing at 9:30 a.m. March 14 before Judge Valarie Costanzo.
