Several minor crashes reported
State police in Washington report several minor crashes on Interstate 70 west of Washington near the Taylorstown and Claysville exits as snow is complicating the morning commute. A vehicle has rolled over in Donegal Township near the Claysville exit. A minor crash was also reported on Interstate 79 in Cecil Township. Police said only minor injuries have been reported. Most school districts are operating under a two-hour delay.
