Maxwell scholarship winners announced
WAYNESBURG – The administrators of the R. Wallace and Margaret Maxwell Scholarship Fund, J. William Hook, Doris Neubauer and Heidi Blair, announced the recipients of this year’s awards.
The fund provides $14,000 in scholarships to assist any Greene County resident planning to pursue a post-high school education.
This year’s recipients are Summer Fiori of Mt. Morris, attending Penn State University; Olivia Wager of Rices Landing, attending Mercyhurst University; Rachel Warman of Waynesburg, attending Mercyhurst University; Kerilyn Wilkens of Mt. Morris, attending West Virginia University; Courtney Rush of Waynesburg, attending Waynesburg University.
Also, Felicia Spitznogle of Spraggs, attending Fairmont State University; Jana Fox of Spraggs, attending Gannon University; Randon Spence of Sycamore, attending Clarion University; Rhetta King of Waynesburg, attending Geneva College; Travis Gump of New Freeport, attending Robert Morris University.
Also, Bethany Orndoff of Waynesburg, attending Waynesburg University; Brittany Orndoff of Waynesburg, attending Waynesburg University; and Jessie Milliken of Mather, attending Gannon University.
