A female trucker, whose tractor-trailer was hauling hamburgers and hot dogs, suffered minor injuries Sunday after another motorist cut in front of her, causing her to lose control of the rig before it rolled down an embankment beside the eastbound berm of Interstate 70 in Somerset Township about 6:30 p.m., state police said. The driver’s name was not immediately released. Police said the crash created a safety problem on I-70 as the truck destroyed a stretch of the highway’s berm just east of the Dunningsville interchange.
