Fort Pitt Tunnel restrictions planned

There will be lane restrictions from 10 p.m. today to 5 a.m. Wednesday in both directions in the Fort Pitt Tunnel on the Parkway West (Interstate 376). Lane closures will not occur simultaneously. Drilling work will be done.
