Police beat June 8
Harassment charge: Matthew Richard, no age or address available, will be charged with harassment by state police after a confrontation with Nicole Richard Thursday at Amwell Township park, 885 Amity Ridge Road, Amwell, turned physical. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Ethan Ward.
One injured: Taylor Hunsacker, 18, of Cokeburg, was injured when a dump truck driven by Justin Miller, 24, of Mill Run, pulled in front of her vehicle on Route 917 near Lusk Road in Somerset Wednesday, state police said. Hunsacker swerved and hit an embankment, police said. Hunsacker was taken to Washington Hospital for treatment. Miller will be cited for a stop sign violation.
