Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Paul A. Schneider, 23, 8 Hill Ave., McDonald; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 21; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Daniel L. Lemon Jr., 40, 680 E. Beau St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 17; sentence – 6 months of probation.
Victoria M. Bryer, 25, 119 Walnut St., Cochranton; theft by deception; charged June 26; 12 months of probation, restitution and banned from Wal-Mart.
George L. Droboj, 38, 3745 Buffalo Creek Road, Avella; endangering the welfare of children and reckless endangerment; charged April 5; sentence – 12 months of probation, mental health evaluation and anger management classes.
Jeni A. Stankowski, 48, 304 W. Pine Drive, Imperial; theft and receiving stolen property; charged Nov. 20; sentence – 12 months of probation and mental health evaluation.
Dustin J. Evans, 31, 439 Jackson St., Monongahela; unsworn falsification; charged April 19, 2013; sentence – 18 months of probation and mental health evaluation.
Terry W. Fretz, 42, 347 East Pike St., Canonsburg; harassment and simple assault; charged March 9; sentence – 18 months of probation, anger management classes, mental health evaluation, restitution and no contact with the victims.
Zachery B. Leininger, 26, 22 E. Pitt St., Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 22; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 6 months and 12 months of probation.
Kelly C. Willard, 36, 990 Broad St., Washington; theft by deception and retail theft; charged Feb. 22; sentence – 2 years of probation, retail theft classes, restitution and banned from Wal-Mart.
Jerry R. Scott III, 33, 866 Addison St., Washington; resisting arrest; charged April 5; sentence – 12 months of probation, anger management classes, no contact with the victim and mental health evaluation.
Lisa R. Oliver, 39, 129 N. Jefferson Ave., Canonsburg; retail theft; charged Feb. 21; sentence – 18 months of probation and retail theft classes.
Angela N. Moschell, 24, 950 Arch St., Washington; theft by deception and retail theft; charged Feb. 25; sentence – 18 months of probation, retail theft classes and banned from Wal-Mart and Rite Aid.
Charles E. Avery, 63, 433 Houston St., Washington; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Dec. 14; sentence – 6 to 23 months of electronic home monitoring with first 3 months on SCRAM, 12 months of interlock ignition, 18-month license suspension and $1,500 fine.

Kerry T. Hoover, 39, 22 Walnut St., Coal Center; disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 18; sentence – $300 fine and restitution to the victim.
