Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Robert McCloskey, 41, 89 Lee Ave., Washington; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Jan. 11; sentence – 60 days to 6 months of electronic home monitoring, $750 fine and 12-month license suspension.

Reeva G. Selelyo, 25, 519 Castner Ave., Donora; driving with suspended license and second offense of DUI; charged Dec. 29; sentence – 6 to 23 months of electronic home monitoring with first 3 months on SCRAM device, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension, 12-month ignition interlock device and restitution.

Scott A. Staples, 23, 4000 Winterberry Court, Canonsburg; second offense of DUI; charged Dec. 21; sentence – 60 days to 6 months of electronic home monitoring, 12-month license suspension and $750 fine.

Gavin L. Pager, 25, 415 Woodward Ave., North Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 7; sentence – 18 months of probation and continue with daily Narcotics Anonymous classes.

Eric W. Hanna, 22, 270 Allison Ave., Washington; disorderly conduct and possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged Feb. 18; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Trevor L. Blackburn, 23, 1218 Main St., Bentleyville; retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation and banned from Kwik Fill.

Brenda L. Curry, 43, 143 Sunset Drive, Washington; first offense of DUI; charged Sept. 18; sentence – 10 days to 6 months of electronic home monitoring, 12-month license suspension and $1,000 fine.

Ami Patel, 28, Aurora, Colo.; first offense of DUI; charged Oct. 9; sentence – 15 days to 6 months of electronic home monitoring, 12-month license suspension and $1,000 fine.

Roger L. Richter Jr., 38, 344 Cherry Ave., Houston; driving with a suspended license and second offense of DUI; charged March 31, 2013; sentence – 6 to 18 months of electronic home monitoring with first 3 months on SCRAM device, $1,700 fine 18-month license suspension and 12-month ignition interlock device.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Ian R. Linkhauer, 28, 268 Bettis Road, Dravosburg; two counts of theft; charged Sept. 27; sentence – 1 to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victims.

Jessica A. Spino, 29, 514 E. Maiden St., Washington; retail theft; charged Oct. 1; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and banned from Wal-Mart.

One man was admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If he successfully completes the program, he can petition the court to have his record expunged.

Ghislain G. Lissanon, 34, of Indianapolis, Ind., was admitted for 12 months for four counts of receiving stolen property; charged Aug. 24, 2012; supervision transferred to Marion County, Ind., and ordered to pay costs.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo was:

Giacomo G. Provenzano, 28, 105 N. 24th St., Weirton, W.Va.; first offense of DUI; charged Dec. 12; sentence – 90 days of incarceration, with first 45 days in jail and next 45 days on electronic home monitoring, 18-month drivers license suspension, 12 month ignition device and $1,500 fine.
