Family offers reward for return of missing North Bethlehem Township man

1 min read

Efforts to locate an elderly North Bethlehem Township man who has been missing since Tuesday night continued Friday, with the family now offering a reward for his safe return.

George Pochiba’s family is offering a $1,000 reward. Pochiba, 88, who has dementia, wandered away from his 13 Crescent Road home about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

State police, rescue dogs and dozens of volunteers searched for Pochiba for roughly 20 hours before calling off the search Wednesday. Neighbors, family and friends have remained hopeful, and have continued to search for Pochiba. A Facebook page, “George Pochiba Search,” was launched to help organize search times and locations.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
