Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

Alan J. Chute, 25, 2595 Rossmoor Drive, Pittsburgh; second offense of driving under the influence; charged July 2; sentence – 7 days to 6 months in jail with credit for time served, 1-year license suspension and $300 fine.

Two people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their record expunged.

Drew M. Keenan, 20, 3052 Jefferson Ave., Washington; admitted for 12 months for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 26.

Christopher J. Jakela, 23, 642 Sixth St., Donora; admitted for 12 months for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 1.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Randie R. Yowonske, 39, 178 North Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 14; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 12 months.

James F. Crouser, 27, 93 Gardner St., Avella; disorderly conduct; charged Feb. 8, 2013; sentence – $150 fine.

Kayleigh M. Hewitt, 21, 534 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; theft and receiving stolen property; charged April 18; sentence – 12 months of probation.

David A. Chappel, 24, 64 Wotring Road, Washington; two counts of burglary, three counts of theft and one count of criminal attempt; charged July 27; sentence – 23 months in the restrictive treatment program and restitution.

Bethany L. Blososky, 33, 123 1/2 East College St., Canonsburg; retail theft; charged Jan. 16; sentence – 6 months of probation and banned from Target.

Timothy Kyle, 54, 731 Lincoln Ave., Charleroi; disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 20; sentence – $150 fine.

Several people were admitted to the ARD program.

Martin A. Moye, 29, 108 Cancilla Drive, Canonsburg; admitted for 6 months for false identification to law enforcement; charged Feb. 19.

Joshua T. Nixon, 28, 752 Glenn St., Canonsburg; admitted for 12 months for a first offense of driving under the influence; charged Dec. 19.

Jeremy McClain, 25, 308 N. Franklin St., Washington; admitted for 12 months for a first offense of driving under the influence; charged Feb. 6.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Mickie Z. Parkin, 24, 1801 Beech Hollow Road, Bulger; disorderly conduct and harassment; charged May 24, 2013; sentence – 6 months of probation and restitution.

Robert J. Cianciullo, 32, 908 Ninth St., Donora; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 21; sentence – 12 months of probation and contraband destroyed.
