Charges of possession and possession with intent to deliver drugs against Tiffina Holt, 31, of Washington, were withdrawn Tuesday by state police before she was scheduled to have a preliminary hearing before District Judge Jay Weller. Holt was one of 88 people for whom arrest warrants were issued in late February in a large-scale drug sweep by the Washington County district attorney’s office and state police.
