Tennant said Joshua Marchsteiner, 23, of 466 Davistown Road, Mt. Morris, was apprehended by the Greene County adult probation office. He was on the list for failure to appear for a hearing.

In July 2013, Marchsteiner was sentenced to 5 years in the Greene County Intermediate Punishment Program after pleading guilty to drug charges and burglarizing the State Line Inn and its attached residence on separate dates last year.

He was arrested at a Perry Township residence Nov. 8 for an outstanding warrant related to a robbery at the inn April 12, 2012. At the time of his arrest, Marchsteiner received additional charges for being in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with two counts of burglary, criminal trespass, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief and simple assault. A robbery with a threat of bodily injury charge was dropped prior to court.

As a condition of sentencing, Greene County Judge Farley Toothman, ordered Marchsteiner to pay fines of $1,350 and perform 250 hours of community service. Marchsteiner was given credit for 215 days served in Greene County jail toward his sentence.
