Millsboro man arrested

1 min read

A Millsboro man was arrested Monday on a warrant after he allegedly assaulted a Bridgeville woman Thursday inside a room at the Riverside Hotel, 400 Front St., Fredericktown.

Francis Frisina, 30, of 458 Main St., was charged by East Bethlehem Township police with simple assault, two counts of harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly assaulting Gretchen Inabinet.

Inabinet told police that she went to the hotel to pick up Frisina. He wanted her to take him to Uniontown to buy crack but she refused and he allegedly assaulted her, police said. She reported the assault Friday.

When police went to his room, the officer saw a suspected crack pipe.

Frisina was arraigned before District Judge Joshua Kanalis and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

On Saturday, Frisina told North Franklin police another woman who was staying with him at the Days Inn, West Chestnut Street, stole his prescription medication, including Lexipro, Clonidine, Subutex and Ritalin.
