Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority will shut off water from 8 a.m. to noon today on Country Club Road in Morgan Township for system upgrades. Customers may experience low pressure or no water and are advised to keep some containers of water to minimize the outage.
A hoagie sale is under way at Rogersville United Methodist Church. Orders for either a footlong Italian, ham, turkey, or a ham and turkey, are being taken until March 30. Waynesburg University Players will present “Little Women” at 7:30 p.m. April 2 to 5 in the Goodwin Performing Arts Center. Admission is free and the public is invited. “Little Women,” inspired by the popular American novel, will follow Jo March and her sisters as they journey into adulthood following the years of the Civil War. The play is being directed by Edward L. Powers, director of the theater program and professor of theater at the university.
