Boy, 4, falls out of window of Pittsburgh home

PITTSBURGH (AP) – A 4-year-old boy is hospitalized after falling from a second-story window of a Pittsburgh home.

Police say two adults were at the home when the toddler fell Tuesday afternoon.

According to emergency dispatchers, the child suffered arm and wrist injuries but was conscious and alert. He was taken to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and is expected to recover.

Police are investigating but it was not immediately known if any charges would be filed.

The child’s name was not released.
