Court cases
Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Amber J. Neidermeyer, 34, 2306 N. Main St., Monongahela; defiant trespass and retail theft; charged Feb. 21; sentence – 6 months of probation.
Richard D. Watts, 28, 210 Sumner Ave., Washington; charged March 17, 2013; criminal trespass and simple assault; sentence – 6 months to 2 years in jail, no contact with the victim and continue mental health treatment.
Samuel J. Zakutney, 27, 3323 State Route 18, Hookstown; criminal mischief and two counts of burglary; charged June 8, 2012; sentence – 1 to 2 years in jail, 3 years of probation, no contact with the victim, restitution and continue with mental health treatment.
Patrick Q. Carrier, 26, 901 Meadow Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 13, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Richard B. Bowers, 28, 150 Winding Ridge Road, Prosperity; charged July 1, 2012; corruption of a minor, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault; sentence – 11 to 23 months in jail, 2 years of probation, register as a sex offender, counseling and mental health evaluation.
Randolph T. Lewis, 42, 836 1/2 Duncan Ave., Washington; theft by deception; charged Feb. 1; sentence – 1 to 23 months in jail.
