Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Martin C. Gregory, 50, 347 Center Ave., Bridgeville; simple assault; charged Dec. 19, 1998; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Chaz A. Selinsky, 20, 218 Union St., Monongahela; possession of a controlled substance; charged April 17; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Eriek J. Wyland, 35, 2240 Belmont Ave., Washington; accident involving damage to attended vehicle and operating a vehicle without insurance; charged March 5; sentence – 12 months of probation, $2,800 fine, restitution and nine-month license suspension.

Jeremy M. Perry, 22, 142 Larimer Ave., Bobtown; second offense of driving under the influence of alcohol; charged Nov. 11; sentence – 6 to 18 months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 12-month license suspension; 18 months on the ignition interlock system.

Carolyn Smith, 60, 126 Maple Terrace, Washington; second offense of DUI; charged Nov. 19; sentence – 10 days to 6 months on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month license suspension and ignition interlock system.

Ronald Richmond, 53, 8 Teri Lane, Washington; driving under suspension and first offense of DUI; charged Dec. 3; sentence – 10 days to 11 months on electronic home monitoring, $2,000 fine and 12-month license suspension.

Christine M. Loughlin, 46, 55 Hoon St., Monongahela; driving under suspension and first offense of DUI; charged Dec. 23; sentence – 10 days to 6 months of electronic home monitoring, $1,200 fine and 12-month license suspension.

Maurice R. Taylor, 30, 715 Seventh St., Charleroi; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and resisting arrest; charged June 25, 2012; sentence – 6 to 12 months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation.

Ryan D. Lyle, 28, 234 Colony Drive, Irwin; endangering the welfare of a child and first offense of DUI; charged March 24, 2013; sentence – 90 days to 12 months on electronic home monitoring, 12-month license suspension, $660 fine.

Joshua S. Faulk, 21, 1846 Morey Road, Fredericktown; first offense of DUI; charged June 14; sentence – 5 days to 6 months in jail, $900 fine.

Cynthia E. Bush, 49, 28 Oak St., Washington; driving with a suspended license and first offense of DUI; charged Nov. 30; sentence – 10 days to 6 months on electronic home monitoring, 12-month license suspension, $1,200 fine.

Jamar Jones, 20, 135 Jane St., McKees Rocks; providing false identification to law enforcement and possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged Oct. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation.

John F. Morris, 49, 28 Oak Terrace, Monessen; driving with a suspended license, providing false identification to law enforcement and possession of a controlled substance; charged Jan. 11 and May 16, 2013; sentence – 3 to 12 months in Washington County jail.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Brittany L. Fodor, 24, 43 Granite Drive, Finleyville; unsworn falsification to authorities; charged Nov. 13, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim or the victim’s property.

Sandra French, 53, 520 Shaffer Road, Bulger; third offense of DUI; charged April 5, 2013; sentence – 10 days to 12 months in jail, restitution, $500 fine and 18-month license suspension.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

Janet S. Barlow, 46, 4233 Stanley St., Pittsburgh; forgery; charged Feb. 23, 2012; sentence – 1 year less one day to 2 years less two days in jail, restitution and no contact with Greenlee Funeral Home.

Erik A. McKay, 35, 9516 County Road, Houston; furnishing authorities with information without knowledge, driving an unregistered vehicle; charged Nov. 21; sentence – 12 months of probation and $350 fine.

John E. Criste, 60, 58 Lintel Drive, McMurray; second offense of DUI; charged Sept. 14; sentence – 4 to 18 months of incarceration with the minimum on electronic home monitoring and first 90 days on SCRAM, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock.

David J. Charles, 54, 89 O’Hare Road, Canonsburg; third offense of DUI; charged Nov. 15; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail with minimum on electronic home monitoring and first 90 days on SCRAM, $2,500 fine, 18-month license suspenson and 12 months of ignition interlock.
