Liberty Tunnel traffic restrictions

1 min read

Traffic on the inbound Liberty Tunnel in Pittsburgh will reduced to a single lane, nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., starting Monday and continuing through June 1.

The closures will occur in both lanes, but not simultaneously as crews do painting work.

The work is part of am $18,8 million project to rehabilitate the tunnels. Work on the project is expected to be done in August.
