McDonald police to do seat belt checks

The McDonald police department will participate in the Border to Border seat belt enforcement program as part of the Click-It or Ticket program that starts Monday and continues through June 8.

The operation will include 370 police agencies in the state. To increase safety, McDonald police will use checkpoints and roving patrols to target nighttime drivers until 10 p.m.
