The following people appeared recently to be sentenced in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Devin N. Moore, 26, 395 Donnan Ave., Washington; simple assault; charged June 9; sentence – 6 to 18 months of electronic home monitoring and domestic violence counseling.

Gina Sutton, 25, 3939 Jefferson Ave., Washington; manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; charged Sept. 17; sentence – 3 to 23 months on electronic home monitoring with credit for time served.

Mark A. Walker Jr., 34, 221 North St., McDonald; simple assault; charged Aug. 18, 2012; sentence – 2 to 18 months in jail, restitution and no contact with victims or witnesses.

Herbert Lockett III, 23, 382 Challener St., Washington; aggravated assault; charged June 30, 2012; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, restitution, no contact with the victim, anger management and domestic violence counseling.

Rocky L. Fekete, 25, 3210 Monroe St., Bellaire, Ohio; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 19; sentence – 12 months in Probation Without Verdict program.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo was:

Lawrence D. Davis Jr., 43, 19 Rasel Ave., Washington; second offense of driving under the influence of alcohol; charged Feb. 9, 2013; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail, $1,500 fine, highway safety school, one-year license suspension followed by one-year of Interlock ignition device.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Timothy A. Gray, 35, 1231 Washington Road, Prosperity; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving with a suspended license and second offense of DUI; charged Sept. 7; sentence – 15 to 30 months in jail with Recidivist Reduction Risk program eligibility, $2,800 fine and 18-month license suspension followed by 12 months of Interlock ignition device.

Mary E. Hall, 32, 113 Boyle Ave., Canonsburg; two counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; charged Aug. 9; sentence – 1 to 2 years in jail with Recidivist Reduction Risk program eligibility and three years of probation.

The following people appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court the have their records expunged. Admitted were:

Bandalo, 22, 413 Fourth St., Donora; John A. Navrat, 49, 400 McIlvaine Road, Bentleyville; Lori A. Greenaway, 48, 113 Kuchinic St., Venetia; Lee K. Peluchette, 20, 29 Barrows Road, Wheeling, W.Va.; Tracy L. Amati, 44, 1410 Harrison St., Monessen; Paula Appugliese, 50, Republic; Timothy J. Costello, 54, 122 Valleyview Drive, Finleyville; Jason A. Hines, 36, 1055 Fayette St., Washington; David J. Cary, 23, 154 Alexander Ave., Strabane; Richard L. Kimball, 30, 663 Addison St., Washington; andNicholas S. Whipkey, 23, 675 Vista Valley Road, Washington.
