Shuster defeats Hartzok with only 3 precincts out

With just 3 precincts out of 546 in the 9th Congressional District reporting, incumbent U.S. Rep. Bill Shuster, R-Hollidaysburg, has defeated his Democratic opponent, Alanna Hartzok by 108,563 votes to her 65,153.

Hartzok won in Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties.
