Interstate 79 northbound reopens

Interstate 79 northbound has reopened after a crash early this morning between the Canonsburg and Southpointe exits backed traffic to the Houston exit.

Crews had to remove debris that resulted when a trailer broke open and its load spilled onto the highway.
