Traffic pattern changes and single-lane restrictions are taking place on Route 88 (Wood Street) between Kalluran Street and the intersection with Skyline Drive and Malden Road in California Borough to allow for pavement repairs. The state Department of Transportation said the project should be completed by Nov. 18.
