The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:
Howard James, 25, 470 Maryland Ave., Washington; theft by unlawful taking; charged July 16; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and banned from McDonalds.
Eugene Puchi, 43, 6 Sycamore St., Muse; fraud, obtaining assistance; charged April 1, 2013; sentence – 1 year of probation, restitution and ineligible for additional public benefits.
William R. Smith, 62, 605 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 23; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Louis Tarabella, 41, 31 Locust Ave., Charleroi; disorderly conduct; charged Jan. 14; sentence – 45 to 90 days in jail.

Courtney L. Monack, 22, 499 Pittsburgh Road, West Brownsville; disorderly conduct; charged June 17, 2013; sentence – 90 months of probation.
Jennifer L. Masare, 23, 122 Downer St., Monongahela; retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 14; sentence – 24 months of probation and banned from Hidden Treasures.
David E. Moliner II, 24, 1206 Pioneer Trail, Canonsburg; furnishing liquor to minors; charged June 13; sentence – 12 months of probation, $2,500 fine and no contact with minors.
Danielle M. Nangle, 31, 1591 Meldon Ave., Donora; disorderly conduct; charged July 21, 2012; sentence – 6 months of probation with credit for 5 months of time served.
Maribel L. Colby, 71, 157 Ammons Drive, McMurray; disorderly conduct, defiant trespass and prowling at night; charged Nov. 2; sentence – 24 months of probation.
Richard L. Prentice, 51, 531 Fourth St., Marianna; retail theft; charged Jan. 18; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 9 month of electronic home monitoring, restitution and banned from Wal-Mart.
Mark Cain, 51, 330 Terrace Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 6; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Brad A. Poskon, 36, 380 West Pike St., Meadow Lands; disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 22, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation, anger-management class and no contact with victim.
Loretta F. Huntingdon, 43, 135-2 Spring St., Coal Center; bad checks; charged Sept. 13, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
Nicholas J. Buell, 19, 401 Fifth St., Charleroi; terroristic threats; charged Oct. 2; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 3 months of electronic home monitoring, mental health evaluation and anger-management class.
Joseph M. Hartsock, 27, 89 Main St., Denbo; criminal attempt-theft and retail theft; charged April 28; sentence – 24 months of probation, retail theft class, restitution, banned from Marsh Tire and no contact with victim.
Dana R. Encapera, 40, 1026 Pike Run Dr., Coal Center; retail theft; charged Aug. 7; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program.
Four people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first-time offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
David J. DiBello, 61, 1221 Lucia Drive, Canonsburg; corrupt organizations, conspiracy, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, possession with intent to deliver, selling noncontrolled substance, distribution of designer drug, intent to deliver drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 2, 2012; sentence – 12 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
James M. Riggar, 158 Main St., Brownsville; bad checks; charged Nov. 22; sentence – 6 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
Jennifer McCracken, 33, 231 Lincoln Terrace, Washington; theft of leased property; charged March 13, 2013; sentence – 12 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.

Frank D. Hamm Jr., 43, 2413 Milburn St., McKeesport; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct; charged July 14; sentence – 6 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
