No parking for Cal U. homecoming parade
California University of Pennsylvania will hold its annual homecoming parade Saturday, and there will be no parking along the parade route from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The parade route is Third Street, from the university to Union Street, to Second Street back to Cal U. Any vehicles parked along the route will be towed at the owner’s expense.
