Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Andrew J. Asplund, 26, 104 Vine Alley, Marianna; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 12; sentence – $300 fine and hunting privileges suspended for 2 years.

Brandon M. Retos, 32, 409 N. Wade Ave., Washington; receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 17; sentence – 24 months of probation and restitution.

William Koster IV, 25, 68 McKean Ave., Donora; possession with intent to deliver; charged Aug. 17, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 12 months of electronic home monitoring, weekly Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous meetings and no contact with co-defendants.

Roger L. Harris, 33, 608 Spruce St., New Salem; eluding an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license; charged Jan. 19, 2013; sentence – 120 days to 12 months in jail with credit for time served, 12 months of probation and $500 fine.

Jonathan J. Granato, 20, 922 Meadow Ave., Charleroi; two counts of possession with intent to deliver; charged June 4; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail and no contact with co-defendant.

Robert Vetter Jr., 31, 100 Moffett Run Road, Aliquippa; theft by unlawful taking; charged Nov. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and banned from BonTon Department Store.

Aaron Q. Vaughan, 26, Triadelphia, W.Va.; criminal conspiracy to commit theft; charged Aug. 14, 2011; sentence – 24 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Shareese Asparagus, 22, 138 Lacey St., West Chester; disorderly conduct; charged Feb. 23; sentence – $300 fine.

Cynthia Long, 48, 521 Scott Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged Sept. 13, 2013; sentence – 18 months of probation, 25 hours of community service and banned from Dollar General.

Anthony L. Cimino, 33, 30 Sigrid Drive, Carnegie; two counts of theft; charged Oct. 26; sentence – 23 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and no contact with victim.

Joseph S. Pastorok, 61, 227 Albert St., Washington; criminal trespass; charged March 18; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served.

Kimberly A. Hill, 35, 280 Worting Road, Washington; theft; charged Feb. 1; sentence – 1 to 2 years in jail with Recidivist Risk Reduction Incentive eligibility and 3 years of probation.

William J. Noppe, 29, 9 Zinkind Road, Fredericktown; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 19; sentence – 23 months of probation.

Phillip M. Walls, 27, 1090 Jefferson Ave., Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged May 25, 2011; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 2 years of probation and restitution.

Aaron T.L. Gordon, 19, 616 Penn Wood Drive, Penn Hills; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 21; sentence – 6 months of Probation Without Verdict program and 10 hours of community service.

Bryan L. Lawson, 52, 645 Fourth St., Donora; insurance fraud and theft by deception; charged Dec. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation, 100 hours of community service and restitution.

Karl Jackson, 59, 546 Thompson Ave., Donora; two counts of insurance fraud; charged Feb. 27, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and $1,000 fine.

Richard J. Barnes, 28, 700 Donnan Ave., Washington; first offense of driving under the influence; charged Nov. 28; sentence – 12 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.

Gregory G. Madler, 43, 141 Druid Drive, McMurray; first offense of driving under the influence; charged March 18; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail, $1,000 fine and 1-year license suspension.

Misty L. Shider, 35, 928 Pike Run Drive, Coal Center; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 1; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Michele E. Mullen, 30, 5913 Keystone Drive, Bethel Park; disorderly conduct; charged May 18, 2012; sentence – $300 fine.

Nathan A. Chaney, 29, 374 Castle Road, Washington; third offense of driving under the influence and driving with suspended license; charged June 15, 2013; sentence – 23 months in the Restrictive Treatment Program with first year of electronic home monitoring, first 6 months on SCRAM, 18-month license suspension, 12-month interlock ignition device, $2,700 fine and 100 hours of community service.

Jonathan Hootman, 35, 27 Elm Leaf Drive, Burgettstown; third offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Dec. 24; sentence – 23 months in the Restrictive Treatment Program with first 12 months of electronic home monitoring, 30-month license suspension, 12-month interlock ignition device and $2,700 fine.

Edwin A. Younkin, 50, 326 Main St., Belle Vernon; possession with intent to deliver and resisting arrest; charged July 27, 2011; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, and 2 years of probation.

Gabriel D. Welshans, 27, 48 Perkins Lane, Burgettstown; possession with intent to deliver; charged Nov. 6, 2010; sentence – 3 years of probation.

William R. Strauch, 51, Bluffton, S.C.; endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors and indecent exposure; charged April 28, 1998; sentence – 1 to 23 months in jail followed by 17 years of probation, no contact with victims or witnesses and mental health treatment.

David A. Piatt, 1283 Weirich Ave., Washington; two counts of robbery; charged Nov. 13, 2012; sentence – 111/2 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 5 years of probation, no contact with co-defendant, restitution and banned from Qwik Fil and Subway.

Tina L. Olinger, 42, 14 E. Pitt St., Canonsburg; aggravated assault; charged Oct. 9, 2014; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with first 5 1/2 months in jail then 6 months of electronic home monitoring, 3 years of probation, anger management, domestic violence counseling, restitution and $500 fine.

Spring E. King, 38, 49 Taylor Ave., Clarksville; theft, theft by deception and forgery; charged April 24, 2012; sentence – 4 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served and restitution.

Chase R. Pelissero, 23, 420 Second St., Donora; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 7; sentence – 11 months of probation.

Cody Z. Anderson, 22, 416 Boone Ave., Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged March 24; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Robert C. Sowinski, 36, 215 E. College St., Canonsburg; second offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged March 26; sentence – 6 to 23 months of IPP with first 3 months of SCRAM and 6 months of electronic home monitoring, 18-month license suspension, 1-year interlock ignition device and $2,700 fine.

John L. Malone, 67, 311 Olive St., McKeesport; first offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged April 27; sentence – 120 days to 6 months in jail, 1-year license suspension and $1,000 fine.

Steven G. John II, 34, 116 State St., Charleroi; accidental damage to unattended vehicle and driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 1; sentence – $500 fine.

Raquan J. Ingram, 19, Wheeling, W.Va.; accident involving damage and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility; charged Jan. 25; sentence – 12 months of probation and $300 fine.

Nicole D. Megyesy, 22, 353 W. Maiden St., Washington; second offense of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and accidental damage to unattended vehicle; charged Jan. 6; sentence – 6 to 18 months of confinement with 6 months of electronic home monitoring, 18-month license suspension, $3,000 fine and restitution.

Charity A. Burnsworth, 37, 30 1/2 W. Pike St., Canonsburg; second offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged April 17; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail, 90 days of electronic home monitoring, 1-year license suspension and $1,750 fine.

Mary J. Petrie, 38, 489 West Finley Road, West Finley; second offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged May 4; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail, 90 days of electronic home monitoring, 1-year license suspension and $2,000 fine.

Kyle M. Duff, 27, 1015 Balsam Drive, Washington; first offense of driving under the influence; charged April 20; sentence – 10 days to 6 months of electronic home monitoring, 1-year license suspension and $1,000 fine.

David C. Cox, 34, 3394 State Route 18, Hookstown; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Dec. 2, 2012; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail, 1-year license suspension, 1-year interlock ignition device and $750 fine.

Amber N. Miller, 30, 450 Arthur Road, Meadow Lands; second offense of driving under the influence; charged April 1; sentence – 18 months of IPP with first 30 days in jail, 18-month license suspension and $1,500 fine.

Betty J. Bailey, 46, 108 Donahoe St., Avella; first offense of driving under the influence; charged March 5; sentence – 6 months of IIPP with first 60 days of electronic home monitoring and first 30 days of SCRAM, 1-year license suspension and $750 fine.

Alfred E. Riley Jr., 45, 45 Cemetery Road, Brownsville; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Aug. 8, 2012; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail with credit for time served, 1-year license suspension, 1-year interlock ignition device and $750 fine.

John W. Shultz, 48, 170 Tollgate Run Road, Waynesburg; receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy; charged Aug. 10, 2013; sentence – 9 to 24 months in jail and restitution.

Daniel Madden, 25, 25 Meyers Road, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 17; sentence – 12 months of probation.
