Police beat Oct. 12
Plate stolen: Debra Ann Sadler, 54, of Coal Center, told Southwest Regional Police someone stole the license plate from her car that was parked on Back Street between 8 p.m. Monday and 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Police ask anyone with information to call 724-929-8484.
Alcohol charges: The Pittsburgh District office of the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement has cited four Washington County establishments for alleged liquor law violations involving a minor. The businesses with dates of the alleged incidents: Blue Devil Distribution, Main Street, Burgettstown (Aug. 18); Shiprock LLC, East Pike Street, Canonsburg (Aug. 18); Colonial Beer & Soft Drink Dist., West Barr Street, McDonald (Aug. 18); and Platz LLC, Washington Road, Suite 200, Peters Township (July 28).
Crash injuries: Southwest Regional police reported that Francine R. Williams, 60, of South Park, received minor injuries in a one-vehicle crash around 7 p.m. Monday. The crash occurred on Route 88 near Giant Eagle and she was transported to a local hospital by Jefferson Hills Ambulance. Finleyville Fire Department assisted at the scene.
