Police beat Oct. 19
Drunkenness citation: Brandon W. Pape, 23, of Marianna, was cited for public drunkenness after he was found along Waynesburg Road Saturday, state police said.
Harassment: Jan Avolia, 46, of an unknown address, was cited for harassment after she threw a person to the floor at a Lacock Street home Oct. 15, state police said.
Disorderly conduct charges: Angelo Zaccone, 64, of Washington, and Sharon Javornicky, 45, of Washington, were cited for disorderly conduct after the pair got into an argument at 311 E. Pike St., state police said.
