South Strabane Township police are investigating daylight burglaries at two homes Monday.

Detective Ken Torboli said the break-ins at the homes in the 100 block of Myers Road and 300 block of Booth Road likely occurred between noon and 3 p.m. Guns were stolen from both residences, he said.

Anyone who saw suspicious people or vehicles along any of the roads in that area is asked to call police at 724-225-8111.
