California police cite four

California police have cited four people for violating the borough’s disorderly house ordinance stemming from incidents over the weekend.

Cameron L. Tarver, 23, was cited for having a loud party at 143 Union St. late Saturday.

Joseph Grossman, 21, of Richmond, Va., was charged with the ordinance violation as well as disorderly conduct and public drunkenness stemming from a party late Saturday at 315 Green St. Police said he became abusive toward police and was detained at the station’s lockup facility.

Antonio Casterlow, 20, of Scotch Plains, N.J., was cited for a loud party early Sunday at Vulcan Village. Geri V. Acrie, 21, of Verona, also was cited early Sunday for a party at 834 Wood St.

Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.
