Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Lisa Moffitt, 48, 1265 Bickerton Drive, Clairton; access device fraud and theft; charged Aug. 28, 2012; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Roy L. Bachurski, 23, 510 Madison Ave., Brownsville; simple assault; charged Sept. 25, 2013; sentence – 18 months of probation, anger management and domestic violence counseling, 50 hours of community service and no contact with victim.

James A. Anthony, 47, 3842 Kelly Hollow Road, Monongahela; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 27; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Samantha Scagline, 23, 833 Lincoln Ave., Charleroi; simple assault, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 20; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Amber L.J. Gray, 31, 728 Galaxy Drive, West Newton; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 1; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Joann M. Jesus, 40, 1500 Rostraver St., Monessen; first offense of driving under the influence; charged June 28; placed in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for 12 months.

Cathleen T. Patterson, 58, 1005 Upper Crest Ave., Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 26, 2013; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Rodney L. McClung, 51, 230 Shirls Ave., Washington; three counts of possession with intent to deliver; charged May 2, 2012; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment program with first 9 months on electronic home monitoring and 3 years of probation.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman was:

Frank E. Tartt Jr., 33, 426 Reed Ave., Monessen; receiving stolen property and firearms not to be carried without a license; charged May 3, 2012; sentence – 12 to 24 months in jail with credit for time served.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo was:

Helen Kidwell, 44, 1035 Fayette St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 20, 2013; placed in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for 6 months.
