Motorists are being advised there will be a single lane restriction on a section of southbound Interstate 79 between Waynesburg and Kirby in Greene County beginning today.

This restriction, along with a current single lane restriction on Interstate 79 northbound, will allow crews better access to perform construction work necessary to repair a slide in the embankment. Traffic patterns will be changing in this area as the work progresses.
