Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority will shut off water on Loves Hill Road, from 234 Loves Hill Road west to Waynesburg, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday for system upgrades. Customers may experience low pressure or no water and are advised to keep some containers of water on hand to minimize the outage.

Trick-or-treat will be held in Wayne Township from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.
