Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Joshua N. Boston, 26, 1269 Terrace Street, Bridgeville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 18; sentence – 6 months of probation.
Arthur B. Martin, 40, 1658 Morey Road, Fredericktown; receiving stolen property; charged April 30; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Nikia M. Johnson, 39, 928 Athalia Ave., Monessen, terroristic threats; charged July 17, 2012; sentence – 23 months of probation, anger management class and no contact with victim.
Richard D. Lacks, 20, 962 Addison St., Washington; first offense of driving under the influence; charged May 26; sentence – 3 to 6 months in jail, $500 fine and 1-year license suspension.
Gary J. Lantzy, 45, 116 Gardenview Drive, Pittsburgh; altered documents or plates, driving with a suspended license and required financial responsibility; charged Sept. 30; sentence – 12 months of probation, 90 days of electronic home monitoring and $1,300 fine.
Adam P. Burnette, 27, 913 Mary St., Langeloth; possession of a controlled substance; charged June 9; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Christopher D. Maleski, 25, 629 Western Ave., Canonsburg; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged May 5; placed in Probation Without Verdict program for 30 days.
Nathan T. Davidson, 22, 359 Thornwood Drive, Canonsburg; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged May 2; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 30 days.
Rachel Pochiba, 36, 70 Mobile Road, Washington; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged May 10; sentence – placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 30 days.

Gregory A. Bayless, 32, 640 Moore Road, Washington; theft by deception; charged July 5; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
Christopher J. Wall, 31, 375 N. Wade Ave., Washington; two counts of retail theft; charged March 25; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and banned from Ace Sporting Goods and Wal-Mart.
Martha L. Jackson, 51, 612 St. Nicholas Drive, Donora; disorderly conduct; charged Feb. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation.
David McIntyre, 43, 521 Giffin Ave., Canonsburg; theft; charged Dec. 24; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Kristin Steffan, 30, 865 Addison St., Washington; theft by deception; charged April 30; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and banned from Exxon in Washington.
Wyatt Ekaitis, 23, 461 Second Ave., New Eagle; two counts of theft and institutional vandalism: charged May 6; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, restitution and banned from Ringgold School District.
Ashley L. Brooks, 28, 1217 Crest Ave., Charleroi; two counts of retail theft; charged April 7; sentence – 18 months of probation, retail theft classes, restitution and banned from Pet Boutique, Charleroi, and Gabriel Brothers.

Poncho D. Harris, 34, 440 1/2 Ewing St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged Jan. 19, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Kimberly S. Botsko, 57, 17 Teke Lane, Finleyville; first offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Oct. 5; sentence – 3 days to 6 months in jail and $1,200 fine.
Nicholas L. Lindauer, 25, Nanuet, N.Y.; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Sept. 29; sentence – 5 days to 6 months in jail, alcohol safety school, 12-month license suspension and 12 months of Interlock ignition program.
Danielle M. Nangle, 31, of Wellsburg, W.Va., formerly of Donora; charge filed Nov. 19, 2012, amended to third-degree misdemeanor disorderly conduct, engaging in fighting; sentence – 6 months probation, given credit for five months served.
Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
