Dietitian speaks to Civic Club
Alka Rambhia, registered dietician from Southwest Regional Medical Center in Waynesburg was the guest speaker at the Carmichaels Women’s Civic Club September meeting. Rambhia spoke about weight management, healthy eating habits, and tips on ways to achieve one’s weight goals.
