Harrisburg lobbyist charged with assault
PHILADELPHIA (AP) – A prominent Harrisburg lobbyist has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a Philadelphia woman.
The Philadelphia Inquirer reports 40-year-old Andrew “A.J.” Marsico was taken into custody Saturday at his Philadelphia apartment.
A 27-year-old woman told investigators Marsico sexually assaulted her on Aug. 21. Marsico maintains his innocence, says his attorney, Fortunato N. Perri Jr.
Marsico is a senior associate at the Harrisburg-based lobbying firm Greenlee Partners.
